    Dear Adviser,
I am really happy to have found you. being from Germany I never understood this coupon thing. I will try now. However, why would I collect all these coupons, if I know there is stuff Ii never will buy. Also, I am trying to keep myself from shopping unnessary stuff and I do not want to drown in paper. How do you determine what you will really need ahead of time without wasting at least some money and energy?
Working in SF and commuting to the East bay, plus, plus takes my time and strength. Kindly Gina

I am going to try to teach a group of seniors at my local YMCA branch a basic class about how to use coupons. May I use any of your material from the free coupon class that I think will help? Thank you. I shall give you credit in the class and direct them to your blog.

I would like to know what you keep your coupons in where you can take them to the store and they are not stuck together in a envelope. Someone told me to get a binder that baseball cards go in. But where do you get the plastic slevees for them.

    • Claire says:

I just use a big plastic folder — because i find the baseball card way too restricting (too small)!

      • Kathy H says:

How do you keep from having to dig through them while at the store if you are putting them in a folder? I am a new couponer & just have a little coupon holder thingy & find myself digging through to find the ones i need even though I do sort them store by store BEFORE i go shopping.
