Also if you belong to any rewards programs like Mypoints or Inbox dollars check to see if it is listed as one of their special offers. I did this offer through Mypoints and recieved 500 points towards a giftcard. I think Inbox dollars was giving around $5.00 for participation. Just shop around to get the most from this trial.
