There are some great $1 coupons on Nestle Tollhouse chocolate chips that you can get by registering with their site here. Common Sense with Money reports that Walmart has these on sale for $1.78, meaning a pretty awesome deal on chocolate chips, and a good reason to head on out to Walmart and buy a bunch. To stretch your chocolate chips even further, I find that adding less chocolate chips and a little more flour to a chocolate chip recipe is the way to go.  I´ll even go so far as to cut in half the amount of chocolate chips suggested. Try it – I swear you won´t miss the extra calories (I mean chocolate chips!).
